Oh my goodness! I really want something to eat right now and nothing that I have sounds good. I am tempted to go down to the vending monster. I could get something like pretzels, but I am afraid that I will go with something like chocolate donuts. AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!

Persevere!! You can do it! Just think of the guilt you'll feel later if you give in to temptation. Just visualize yourself REALLY ENJOYING an apple or something. I really think it works!! :)

Hang in there, don't let the temptation win you over. Especially if you have your weigh in coming up.
