Yay!! I am so proud of you!! Working out helps me more than just dieting...when I work out, I don't want to waste all that effort by eating junk! Also, you are building muscle, and muscle burns calories 24 hrs a day!! Of course you know all that already! I am proud of you...getting started is the hardest part. Once you find the classes you love, it becomes a normal part of your routine, and you just never want to miss!! Hopefully we end up in some of the same classes...the Zumba gold on Friday mornings at 11:00 is great...much easier than regular Zumba!
